About

Bar Avant & Aprés Bar are two sides of the same coin, yin and yang. James Beard winner Julia Momosé, of Chicago's Kumiko, set out to create these concepts that balanced each other out within Olly Olly’s unique space. French influence can be felt on both lists of Momosé's cocktails, as well as sprinklings of Japanese ingredients drawing from her background and upbringing.
